Lactation consults include:

  • Assessment of breastfeeding mother and infant

  • Latch assessment for effective milk removal and comfort 

  • Assistance with positioning

  • Guidance on pumping and flange sizing 

  • Help with development and implementation of a feeding plan  

  • Answer all of your questions 

  • Includes follow up by email for 7 days after the consult

  • Additional child (i.e. multiples) fee $100 per child for first visit, $50 per child for follow-up visits.

Let's make a plan to a positive feeding experience.

Consults include:

  • Assessment of infant feeding with bottle

  • Guidance on type of bottle to use 

  • Help with development and implementation of plan  to promote bottle acceptance

  • Answer all of your questions 

  • Includes follow up by email for 14 days after the consult

  • Please note: these consults do not include help with latching or milk supply.

Follow Up Consults (45 - 60 minutes) discounted at $200 for In-home and $100 for virtual

Prenatal Lactation Consult

In Home $250 | Virtual $200

Let’s make a plan to start off strong. Especially helpful if you had difficulty with breastfeeding in the past or if there are medical considerations for mother and/or baby. 

60-90 minutes

Prenatal consult can help with:

  • Learning what to expect in the early days after birth and strategies to prevent common problems

  • Planning ahead for special considerations such as planned cesarean, or any other maternal or infant medical considerations

  • Personalized recommendations on equipment such as breast pump selection and flange sizing

  • Breast assessment

  • Educate on hand-expression (antenatal and for the early days)  

  • Excellent baby shower / mother blessing gift idea

Partners are strongly encouraged to attend. Other family members or support people are also welcome!

Breastfeeding class can be bundled with a prenatal consult at a $50 discount
